*BOOKINGS should be made at least 1-3 days prior tour date, until 8:00 PM (Office Hrs), in order to guarantee seats confirmation availability in time; Only full paid bookings will receive a confirmation back with a ticket voucher attached.

*Booking Cancellations that be made less than 48 hours before departure trip date, 25% of your total amount will be charged.

*Booking Cancellations that be made less than 24 hours before departure trip date, 50% of your total amount will be charged.

*Booking Cancellations that be made less than 12 hours before departure trip or NO SHOW ! customer on departure trip date,100% of your total amount will be charged.


*In the case of sickness you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible..
